It is located between Morxama street and the ravine of the same name. It is the new public building in the town, thanks to a grant from Alicante Diputación Provincial. It consists of 2 floors: the ground floor has an office and a divisible open space with an exit to the open area that surrounds the building, intended for the retired association to hold meetings and activities; and the first floor, which is accessed by a talupa, is a multipurpose room with the capacity to hold exhibitions and carry out different events or activities.
